A Hawaiian Surprise

This weekend we surprised my mother-in-law Pam with a little birthday surprise party during our Easter lunch on Saturday.  With decorations, Hawaiian shirts, and a pineapple upside down cake it was quite the party.  My father-in-law Allan did an excellent job of pulling it all together.  I made my first Pineapple Upside Down Cake which was a fun experiment but we didn't get too many pictures.  Here are a couple to entertain you.  :)
