Apple Hill Substitute

For those of you from Nor Cal you will likely understand how the changing of the seasons brings about a desire to pack in the car and head to Apple Hill for the day to enjoy all the benefits of Fall. For us in So Cal we don't have tons of options for enjoying the seasons but we do have a few. This month a group of us spent the day enjoying apple picking, great food, and searching for the perfect pumpkin. It was a great day and it did a fabulous job of fulfilling my Apple Hill longings for this year. Hope you all get a chance to enjoy Fall! Here is a photo of some of my crazy friends enjoying the pumpkin patch.

Looks like fun! Any apple pies as a result from that apple picking?

That is such a fun picture! But where are the pumpkins in your pumpkin patch?

The weather is cooler and a bit overcast... great for coffee drinking and conversations! Want to meet me at Peets? I could use a break from munchkin land.
